The Lease contract has a duration of 7 years. After this period, you become the owner of the glamping tents. The lifespan of all safari tent components lasts longer, meaning your return only increases over the years!
Want to refresh the tent after 7 years? With our refurbish package, we can easily replace several items. Simple, efficient, and low-cost. This way, you get even more enjoyment from your safari tent!
Prefer to buy the tent? At Safarilodgetent, you can choose between Purchase (without partnership) or Purchase (with partnership).
When you choose Lease, it is possible to offset your annual lease costs with the income from bookings.
Vodatent also books the tents, allowing costs to be offset against the bookings. The type of partnership with Vodatent determines which costs can be settled.
Thanks to this well-designed structure, it is easy to get started and it immediately offers the opportunity to achieve favorable returns from the glamping accommodation!
