Vodatent opts for the partnership with the campsite. We order more than 400 tents with accompanying inventory each year.. We pass the purchasing benefits back to our partner campsites. By activating a partnership, you can generate higher returns on the safari tents!

Plug In

Our Plug-In partnership is the most popular choice among campsites. This comes as no surprise, as the campsite enjoys many benefits with this partnership.

When you choose for the partnership Plug In Vodatent provides marketing, chanel management, billing and handling of bookings on the safari tents.

You work with the safari tents through our reservation system and receive a Plug-In (Search & Book module), allowing the tents to also be booked via yourown website. Vodatent provides a platform for recreation entrepreneurs to achieve higher returns from the safari tents.

The tents are not only listed on your own website and Vodatent’s website, but also with our affiliatedinternational booking partners. This increases the reach to potential guests.

With the Plug-In partnership, it’s possible to offset costs with the income from bookings. Additionally, with Plug-In, you receive the highest discount on the chosen tents. In our offset schedule , you can see exactly which costs can be offset.

Touroperator

With package Tour Operator, you can easily link your booking system through channel manager Qenner or Nextpax with Vodatent’s booking system.

With the Touroperator package, Vodatent is granted permission to make bookings for the safari tents. If your reservation system is connected to a channel manager such as “Nextpax” or “Qenner,” the integration between both reservation systems happens automatically.

Vodatent lists the tents on its own websites. The campsite determines and manages the channels and bookings through its own reservation system.

With the choice to acquire the tents through TentAbonnement , there are no offset options like with Plug-In.

Commission

Commission

Whoever makes the booking receives the commission. This is Vodatent’s vision and the foundation of our success formula. An honest and transparent way of collaborating!

By using Vodatent’s platform, you choose the tent, the method of operation, and enjoy optimal returns.

Plug In

With package Plug In, 20% commission is retained on rental sales when Vodatent places and settles the booking through its own websites and affiliated tour operators.

Touroperator

If you choose the Touroperator package, Vodatent only handles the bookings that come through Vodatent. For these bookings, Vodatent charges a 20% commission fee.

Administration costs

In addition to the commission fees, Vodatent charges €25 in administrative costs per booking. With Plug-In, this applies to bookings made by both Vodatent and the campsite. With the Touroperator package, it applies only to bookings made by Vodatent.

Settlement

Setting up a safari tent involves high costs, which prevents many campsites from installing safari tents.

Safarilodgetent and Vodatent offer campsites the opportunity to offset such costs with the income from bookings. With Plug-In, even costs such as rent and small inventory are offset.
