The Touroperator Start partnership is designed for campsites that want to keep using their own reservation system while benefiting from the additional bookings generated by Vodatent. With this type of cooperation, you maintain full control over prices, terms and availability.
Through the channel manager Qenner, your system is connected to Vodatent’s booking platform. This ensures central management while Vodatent actively promotes your safari tents and generates extra bookings through its international network.
With Touroperator Start we have an international partner and everything under our own control.

With the Touroperator Start package, you can easily connect your reservation system via the channel manager Qenner with Vodatent’s booking system. Through this connection, you maintain control over your own system, prices, and conditions.
With the Touroperator Start package, Vodatent is authorized to make bookings for the safari tents. When your reservation system is connected to the channel manager Qenner, the connection between both reservation systems works automatically.
Vodatent lists the tents on its own websites. The campsite determines and manages the channels and bookings through its own reservation system. With the Touroperator Start partnership, the campsite and Vodatent always apply the same prices, terms, and conditions. A true collaboration to achieve more bookings!

When a lease construction is chosen with the Touroperator Start partnership, a number of points change compared to Plug In. With the Touroperator package, you determine yourself on which channels the tents are listed.
Since most bookings go through the campsite’s system, along with the corresponding payment, it is not possible to reconcile the lease amount with bookings.
The campsite receives an invoice from Safarilodgetent for the lease on June 1 for the relevant season.

Whoever makes the booking, receives the commission! This naturally also applies to the Touroperator Start package. Vodatent only charges commission fees on the bookings made by Vodatent.
Do you charge administration fees? Vodatent applies the same administration fees as the campsite. This is to strengthen the cooperation. With the Tour Operator Start package, the campsite and Vodatent will always apply the same prices and conditions.
