The Touroperator Plus partnership is designed for campsites that want to continue using their own reservation system while benefiting from international visibility, additional bookings and broad settlement options through Vodatent.
With Touroperator Plus, you combine the advantages of the Plug In package with the freedom of Touroperator Start. You retain full control over channels, prices and terms, while Vodatent provides international partners, marketing, administration and back-office support.

In recent years, Vodatent has increasingly received requests for a package that combines the advantages of Plug In with managing the safari tents in the campsite’s own booking system. Since 2024, Vodatent has been offering the Touroperator Plus partnership, specially developed for this demand!
With Touroperator Plus you benefit from the back office, extra marketing, channel management, administration, and international partners. In addition, you can list the tents on other channels through your own booking system.

Extensive settlement options
When a lease construction is chosen with the Touroperator Plus partnership, a number of points change compared to Touroperator Start.
With the Touroperator Plus package, Vodatent and the affiliated partners make bookings, as well as a number of your own channels.
Given the mix of bookings, it is possible to reconcile 50% of the lease with Vodatent. The remaining 50% must be paid on June 1 of the relevant season.
If the Glamping tents have been purchased, it is possible to reconcile 20% of the total invoice during the season.

Touroperator Plus offers a combination of the 2 packages Plug In and Touroperator Start. Vodatent will only charge commission on the bookings processed through Vodatent and the affiliated partners.
You do not pay commission fees on your own bookings; if you connect additional Tour Operators, the commission agreements with the respective party apply.
