This popular form of cooperation offers a complete reservation and booking system, connected to more than 15 international booking partners. Bookings, payments and administration are fully handled by Vodatent, while you retain full control over your accommodation.

Through the Plug In you also receive your own Search & Book module, which can easily be integrated into your website.
Guests can book directly through your site, while all reservations are automatically collected in one clear system. To generate additional revenue, the tents are also listed via the international network of booking partners.

Do you have safari tents on lease? With the Plug In package, you can easily reconcile the annual lease installments with the bookings. Since invoicing and payments go through Vodatent, the lease amounts are automatically reconciled. Nice and easy!
Don’t have a lease? Then all checked-out bookings are paid at the beginning of the following month. Each month you receive a clear overview of all bookings, commissions, surcharges, etc. These statements can easily be handed over to the accountant. Simple and revenue-enhancing! With the Plug In partnership, you get more out of your safari tent!

Vodatent offers an honest and transparent way of working. An important motto within Vodatent is “Whoever makes the booking, receives the commission”. This motto has been active for years and is a common thread in our vision.
Through the Plug In partnership, bookings come in via 3 booking channels. On the booking revenue (excl. surcharges, administration costs, options & cleaning) via Vodatent or the affiliated Tour Operators, a 20% commission is charged. On all own bookings of the campsite via the Plug In, 0% commission is withheld.
Vodatent does not charge commission on additional costs such as cleaning, options, surcharges & linen package. The guest pays €25,- administration costs per booking. The administration costs go to Vodatent. These are the costs to process the booking.
